• Non-Smoking Policy: All rooms are non-smoking, and smoking in them incurs a daily fine of $250.00.
• Packages: Guests may send packages to the hotel free of charge, with a limit of three per room.
• Age Limits: Guests must be 21 years or older to book or check-in.
• Deposits: A $100.00 deposit is required to cover potential incidentals during the stay.
• Lost and Found: Forgotten items will be held for 14 days before being discarded.
• Resort Fee: A resort fee of $22.80 per night is charged, covering Wifi, beach towel rental, and other services.
• Groups: Special rates are available for reservations of five rooms or more.
Wifi
WiFi is available in all our rooms, common areas, and throughout the property. This service is provided via the daily resort fee.
Parking
The hotel does not have its own parking facility. Valet Parking is provided by a local company at a discounted rate of $40 per day. Reservations are not needed, and vehicles are parked in a nearby covered parking garage. There are several locally managed parking garages within walking distance of the Kent Hotel.

Pets
